These additional service plans will let you customize the services offered and get customers support in the amount you really need. It’s up to you whether to buy support for half a year, year or just enjoy the first four month of FREE customers support.
In any case Amasty Team promises to do their utmost to provide the best support possible within the shortest period of time.
How do Magento Extensions Updates and Support Subscription correlate?
We pay your attention that to update your Magento extensions one has to have their Support Subscription active. This means that if you want to get a new version of our module, but your free Support Subscription has ended, you can choose from one of the variants offered above and enjoy all the new features. If you bought Support Subscription for 1 year, you can enjoy a year of free updates.
At the same time if you bought a Magento extension and are not going to update it, you can use it for as many years as you want with no Support Subscription required. But we highly recommend you to consider purchase of the Support Services in order to keep your Magento store up to date.
